Perhaps I am wrong but I thought a limerick was first 2 lines ryhme. 3rd and 4th ryhme but are different to the first two and the last line ryhmes with the first.

The stars were out such a beautiful night, The moon was full and very bright In the distance all you could hear was a cows Mooooo! He hugged me tight and kissed me too I some how knew that this setting was not right.
I may be wrong. Let me know?

Yes, you are correct. Belize & cheese rhyme. Now for the next two lines that rhyme with each other but not with the first two lines.
