OK, so the twist is you have to think of someone who either deserves a nice Valentine's Day gift like chocolates or flowers, or someone who earned a poison ivy bouquet or some other 'this is what I think of you' gift.
One gift per turn and the person could be anyone historical, famous, infamous or someone you know personally.

Chocolate hearts and flowers for all the soldiers who didn't leave their fallen brothers and sisters behind on the battlefield even when it meant risking their own lives to get them to safety.
