I have two kalimbas hanging on the wall in my music room, I got them back in the early 70's.

BTW Bluebird, since you've got TP's number, be aware he is not a licensed gyno, even though he has the tools of the trade on him at all times! He just likes to play doctor with the ladies. Oh yes, and he's not qualified to do mammograms either...

6) Lotus Slipper - worn by Chinese women after submitting to foot deforming binding in childhood. The ideal was to achieve a 3" foot but definitely not larger than 4". Only the big toe was not broken and folded under the foot as it was necessary for balance when walking. The end result were feet that supposedly resembled lotus flowers - hence the name lotus slipper for the beautifully decorated tiny shoes they wore.

8) Sporran - I believe it holds the kilt down as Scottish men don't wear anything under their kilt and a good gust of wind can be very... um shall we say revealing? LOL Too bad they don't wear a sporran over the caboose too!
