Nope, me neither. There was a bad accident b/t a train & semi out in California this morning. Hope no one was killed.

Not by myself, but I helped one of my sisters change a tire by side of the road. I watched. LOL
I have never eaten a live bug while awake (can't say about the spiders that crawl into your mouth when you are sleeping)

My grandparents had an outhouse & I did use it as a small child.

I had a stepfather. Great guy. He took on a lot of responsibility when he married my mom, and was an all-around good guy. Us kids gave him a hard time, of course, but he didn't let it faze him. He had loved my mom for a long time.

(Now that my stepfather has passed away, I regret all the times I sassed him or pouted when he talked to me.)
I have never lived in a foreign country either. I'm happy right here in my own little corner of the world, even if it does get really hot in the summertime. I've gotten used to it now.
I have never been a passenger in a car engaged in drag racing on a city street

I did that all the time when I was a kid. I loved to climb the big weeping willow trees we had on our property in the mountains.
I have never used a convection oven.

I have a microwave that's also a convection. Once you learn to use is properly it's great.
I have never .. hiked more than five miles at one time.

*laughs* I've damaged so many nails they look like the nailhead was trying to hide in the wall. LOL

^ LOL, I actually meant a fingernail. Oops. Been hanging some pictures, so nails were on my mind. No one should ever let me put a nail in the wall. One hole I made that is now abandoned for another spot is 3/8" wide all from trying to hammer a nail in. I have driven alone up north to visit my sister who lives near the University at Monterey Bay, about 700 miles, several times. But before starting out I checked everything in my truck (the vehicle I had at the time)- tires, oil, water, tranny fluid, brake fluid, etc., and had my stops mapped out ahead of time. I also kept my family aware of my progress frequently via cellphone. I have never been badly burned by scalding water. |
